Questions, answered

Will callers know they're speaking to an AI?

Yes, and that's deliberate. The assistant introduces itself as your AI assistant at the start of every call. Callers respond far better to honesty than to a voice pretending to be human, and it keeps you on the right side of your customers' trust.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays exactly as it is. You set a simple divert so calls only come to HiFrontDesk when you don't answer, and you can switch it off yourself at any time.

What happens if it can't answer a question?

It never guesses. If something isn't in your business's information, it says so honestly and offers to have your team call back, so the caller always leaves with a next step.

Does it make the callback itself?

Not yet. Your team makes the call, with the caller's name, number and question already in front of them. Most callers get a callback within the hour, which is often a better experience than they'd have had anywhere else.

What if two people call at once?

Both get answered. HiFrontDesk takes several calls at the same time, so your line is never engaged, even at your busiest moments.

How long does setup take?

Usually the same day. We train your assistant on your website, you set the divert, and you're covered from that moment on.

What about my callers' data?

You stay in control of your customers' data and we process it on your behalf, only to run the service. Call transcripts are kept for 90 days by default and then deleted. Full details are in our privacy notice.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. It's monthly rolling and you can cancel any time. We'd rather keep you by being useful than by small print.
